welcome back, december!

dear december,

you have been waited for 
long and how!

all fingers are being crossed

right now.

fresh dreams are being dreamt

old ones are being re-moulded
or a few have been discarded

surprises are being registered

sighs are being heaved

smiles are being plastered

all over my fat face!

clarity of both vision 
and purpose

has been seeked 

and well, 'almost' reached

will be oh so glad 
and grateful

my darling december

if the joy and peace

i so desire 
and deserve now
will not be 

denied or ditched!

so i realize today

that i have this insane, 
intense, delirious, impulse

to play with it 

more often than not.
that just how much 

i do love fire!

the only difference 

this time being

it warmed my heart

and left me burning 

with much longing & desire!

can i write??
just a lame try
to see if i can..
can i fight??
with the world outside
n the world within..
the turmoil am goin' through
nobody else can sight
nor do i want anyone to pity my plight!
who should decide what is right
for me or for others
n it would only be my might
to undo my scene that has become too tight...
am told there would be light
at the end of this long tunnel
guess it should fill me with delight
push me further to soar like a kite
n scale new heights!
oh, that's exactly what am hoping to do at this very moment tonight! :)
